FACADES:
The external thermal insulation is based on a combination of triple-hollow ceramic brick enclosure, a chamber with 6cm extruded polystyrene, and an inner double-hollow ceramic brick.

ROOFS:
The insulation on the roofs will be through 8cm thick tongue-and-groove plates.

SOUND INSULATION:
Double hollow brickwork and sound-absorbing acoustic laminate will be emphasized between properties in the party walls. Additionally, there will be the placement of anti-impact membrane under the self-leveling compound between slabs to avoid airborne sound transmission. The pavements will be isolated from the pillars to avoid transmission between different floors.

EXTERNAL CARPENTRY:
The external carpentry will be of recognized top brands aluminum with its warranty seal. It will be lacquered in white and with thermal bridge breakage throughout its surface. Depending on the location, it will be sliding or tilt-and-turn. The external shutters in the rear windows will be of lacquered aluminum with the same color as the carpentry. Motorized shutters will be installed in the front balconies, but there will be no shutters. Instead, there will be special curtains to darken the room.

GLAZING:
The glasses will be with a camera and solar control crystals to better regulate the interior temperature of the property. It protects the property from UV rays, prevents the entry of heat-cold from the outside and the exit of heat-cold from the inside of the property.

BALUSTRADES:
The exterior balustrades of the building, both inside and outside, will be a combination of glass and brick.
